And here is Ground Zero....Last time I was here was in 1998 so the towers were there. We didn't got to the top of the towers because there fog was obstructing the view. I did managed to go inside and look around. I have photos of the lobby and the outside.
Anyway, I had to put the camera through a hole to take this photo because the fence was covered and you couldn't see anything.

oh, ground zero reminds me of the dreadful explosion that happened in the ayala mall here in the philippines, i think last october. was it on your news? mom was there but thank god she left the place even before that damn explosion happened. many people died and my god, ayala is ruined *.*

I remember that day so well. I couldn't get in touch with my grammie for HOURS and we were all trapped in different parts of Manhattan. Very scary and sad day. :(

I imagine it was. :( It was horrible for us to see it on tv. I can imagine how horrible it must've been for you and my family as well.

No problem! Glad you find it amazing! I had to wait on line to take this photo since it was the best place to take a look at the inside of Ground zero. :nod:

I went there back in 1996, I actually got to go on top of them, it was great. I loved it... to shame it's gone now :(
